What data we collect
When you submit an enquiry form on this website we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and any message you send. If you consent to analytics, we also collect anonymised or pseudonymised usage data such as pages visited and time on site (see our Cookie Policy below). We do not collect payment information directly. Any payments are handled by third-party providers.
How we use your data and our legal basis
We use enquiry information solely to respond to you and communicate about our services. Our legal basis for this is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our business, and where relevant taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. For analytics, our legal basis is your consent, which you give through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time. We will not sell, share or pass your data to any third party for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Our contact forms are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), who store form submissions on our behalf as a data processor. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/privacy. If you consent, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use this site. Analytics cookies are only set after you give consent via our cookie banner. International transfers
Some of our third-party providers, including Google and Formspree, are based outside the UK, which may involve transferring your data internationally. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' safeguards for such transfers, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent approved mechanisms, so that your data continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years, after which it is deleted unless an ongoing business relationship requires otherwise. Analytics data is retained in line with the retention settings in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first, so please do contact us before you approach the ICO.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Our website is served over HTTPS and form data is transmitted securely via Formspree.
